The trust is expecting momentum from its robust Q2 performance
Firm Capital Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust has announced its latest trustee appointments.
The following nominees have been elected as trustees of the REIT during the annual and special meeting of its unitholders on Aug. 24:

This followed strong Q2 results, which showed that the REIT received approximately 92% of its expected rent “and is actively either collecting the remaining rent or working with tenants who require assistance.” The REIT’s monthly average rents also increased by 3% annually during the quarter.
