Fiona Campbell, a pioneering executive in the mortgage broker industry, is retiring after nine years of service at Manulife Bank. Fiona has been a pivotal figure in fostering strong broker relationships and expanding Manulife Bank’s national presence.

Fiona joined Manulife Bank in 2016. Over the past nine years, she has significantly contributed to the development and expansion of Manulife Bank's broker sales channel, which achieved over $3.3B in annual funded volume in 2024.

Throughout her career, Fiona has championed broker education, professionalism, and ethics, helping to establish the mortgage broker industry as a trusted partner for clients. Her accolades include induction into the MPC Mortgage Hall of Fame in 2023, a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Canadian Mortgage Awards, recognition as one of CMP’s Top 50 Women in the Mortgage Industry, and acknowledgment as one of the top 100 mortgage professionals globally by Mortgage Professional America.
