Earlier in his career, Peca also served as regional vice president at Street Capital and held various roles at several mortgage brokerages, including Assured Mortgage Services, Provincial Mortgage Services, CIBC Mortgages, and The Mortgage Department.

“Join us in congratulating Victor on this exciting new chapter,” Swivel said. “Together, we'll continue to redefine the mortgage industry and make homeownership dreams a reality for countless Canadians.”

“I joined Swivel because I was drawn to the opportunity of growth with an exciting and forward-thinking organization that has the same vision and service dedication that is expected and delivered,” Peca said.

Launched in September 2023, the Ontario-based digital mortgage brokerage was founded by industry veterans Sung Lee and Nigel Singh, who have a combined experience spanning nearly half a century.
