Help spotlight the next generation of mortgage professionals making their mark on the industry
MPA has officially opened nominations for Rising Stars 2027, the annual report recognising outstanding young professionals helping shape the future of Australia's mortgage industry.We're inviting managers, mentors, colleagues and industry peers to help identify the professionals whose achievements deserve to be recognised.

To be eligible, nominees must:
- be aged 35 or under as of 31 December 2026
- have worked as an accredited broker for no more than two years as of 30 September 2026
- have written at least $10 million in loans between 1 October 2025 and 30 September 2026
Last year's report found that winners were distinguished by strong results, trusted client relationships and leadership emerging well ahead of traditional career milestones.

Submit a nomination by Friday, 23 October.
