Salestrekker appoints new head of lender relations

Salestrekker has appointed Amir Klicic as head of lender relations, a new position the company unveiled as part of its plans for further expansion and to affirm its commitment to innovation in the lending industry.

According to a media release, the new role for Klicic (pictured above) will be pivotal to its updated platform, Salestrekker 2.0.

The updated platform combines lending, origination, and customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities, aiming to deliver enhanced workflow and marketing automation without the need for external IT support. The aim is to go beyond traditional CRM through automating client relationships in personal and asset finance.

Salestrekker noted its updated platform is set to offer more competitive choices for Australians and industry participants.

“Amir has an in-depth knowledge of Salestrekker with his previous role as key account manager,” said Dalibor Ivkovic, CEO of Salestrekker.

“[He] understands very clearly what the industry challenges are and how to make those connections from Salestrekker 2.0, its new capabilities for lending and additional lending opportunities into a rapidly changing Open Banking environment for all parties.”

Salestrekker described Klicic as knowledgeable and contributing to the program’s expansion within the mortgage aggregator community. The company said Klicic was experienced professional who worked towardss enhancing the automation and efficiency of the lending process, from loan application to approval.

Ivkovic noted Klicic had already garnered interest in Salestrekker’s new lending products from key lending organisations, with his new role. “He is making impressive headway in educating the market on the benefit Salestrekker solutions can provide to support continuous change in the open banking era,” Ivkovic said.
