Non-bank lender bolsters broker-facing team across two key markets with a senior hire
Bluestone Home Loans has appointed Lina Gray (pictured right) as state manager for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory, expanding its business development capacity in the region.
Gray will head Bluestone's NSW and ACT business development team, working with brokers to deliver lending solutions for customers who fall outside standard credit criteria.
She brings more than 20 years of experience across lending, aggregation and relationship management.
Tony MacRae (pictured right), chief commercial officer at Bluestone Home Loans, welcomed the appointment.
"Great outcomes start with great broker relationships," he said. "Lina brings a wealth of experience, strong industry connections and a genuine passion for helping brokers find solutions for customers whose circumstances don't always fit the traditional lending mould.
"Her appointment strengthens our support across NSW and ACT and reflects our continued investment in providing brokers with the expertise, service and accessibility they can rely on every day."
Gray said the role aligned with her approach to broker relationships and customer service.
"I've always believed the best broker relationships are built on trust, consistency and finding ways to help when things aren't straightforward," she said. "I joined Bluestone because what the business stands for genuinely aligns with what I believe in. There are customers who don't fit neatly into a traditional lending box, and they deserve someone willing to understand their story and help find a way forward.
"I've spent 20 years building relationships across lending and aggregation, and I know that when brokers trust you with their customers, that trust has to be earned every day. I'm bringing that customer-first mindset, my broker relationships and my experience leading high-performing teams to Bluestone, and I'm incredibly excited about what we can build across NSW."
