01:25 How do your swift values service with purpose and trust that lasts shape the way you deliver exceptional client experiences?

01:34 That's a very good question and it's very close to my heart. Uh at swift we focus on people not transaction. Uh you

01:42 might know or or have heard of our swift lemonry program reflects this. Um to be honest the lemon tree can live for 50 to

01:50 75 years if cared for well and that's how we see our clients relationship build to grow and last and support families for many many years.

02:00 In a competitive market, how do you apply wisdom through experience to consistently meet and exceed client expectations?

02:11 With my 25 years of banking and financial service experience, I know that every client is different. Uh we take time to understand their situation,

02:19 review all available options and help them make a sound decision that suits their goals. Uh we are problem solvers

02:27 first I say and our experience helps us keep things simple, practical and focus on the right outcome.

02:34 Can you share how integrity in every action guides your approach when supporting clients through complex financial decisions?

02:44 This is a very core part. Integrity means being honest, transparent and putting our clients first. We take time

02:51 to explain things in simple terms, discussing both the opportunities and the risk and make sure the clients understand the options before making a

02:59 decision. Our role is to guide them, educate them, and help them move forward with confidence.

03:05 And finally is looking ahead. How will you continue to grow while keeping family at the core of your relationships with clients?

03:15 That's uh very powerful for us. Growth means helping more families across New Zealand. No matter how much we grow, we

03:22 will continue to treat our clients like family. Build relationships that last and be there to support them through

03:29 every stage of their jet. After all, behind every mortgage insurance policy and kiwis saver plan is a family trusting us with their future.
