Advisers can register now for full-day sessions in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland
Kiwi Adviser Network (KAN) is hosting three professional development (PD) days across New Zealand in September, giving advisers a chance to get lender, KiwiSaver, insurance and compliance updates in one sitting.
Three cities, one full day each
The sessions run from 9:30am to 3pm, with Wellington first up on Wednesday 2 September at Silverstream Retreat, followed by Christchurch on Thursday 3 September at Sudima Christchurch Airport, and Auckland rounding out the series on Thursday 10 September at Novotel Auckland Ellerslie.
Each PD day brings together advisers and industry experts for updates on lending, KiwiSaver, insurance and compliance, alongside networking opportunities. Eventbrite listings for the events describe the format as a chance to "join advisers and industry experts for lender, KiwiSaver, insurance, compliance and market updates, insights, and networking."
Part of a broader push on adviser connection
KAN is the exclusive aggregation partner of Trail, New Zealand's mortgage, insurance, and KiwiSaver adviser CRM software, and has built much of its broader events strategy around tackling isolation within the advice industry.
KAN general manager Sarah Johnston has previously said the isolating nature of the business — particularly for advisers who are new to the industry or based outside major centres — was a driving factor behind the aggregator's expanded events calendar.
