Wellington brokerage wins Loan Market international award

Wellington brokerage Loan Market Capital and Coast has been recognised as the aggregator’s top international business.

The brokerage was celebrated at Loan Market’s international Scale Up conference in Brisbane on August 29 and 30.

Loan Market Capital and Coast is led by directors Mark Solomon (pictured above left) and Dan Bailey (pictured above centre). Their brokerage helped more than 800 customers on their finance journey over the last financial year by tailoring strategies for purchasing, refinancing, business lending, insurance needs and more.

The business settled $450m in mortgages over the period which earned them the prestigious title of top international brokerage.

Director of Loan Market New Zealand Brian Greer (pictured above right) said the business had set a benchmark for the Australasian broker industries in terms of productivity and customer outcomes.

“Mark and Dan lead a business that allows its brokers to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients,” Greer said. “Loan Market continues to perform well in New Zealand and Mark and Dan are a testament to our brand. First home buyers, upgraders, investors and refinancers seek out Loan Market Capital and Coast for their knowledge, efficiencies and unmatched communication.”

Greer said central to Loan Market Capital and Coast’s success was their support processes.
