TSB Bank is now leading the market rates, having dropped its two-year fixed special home loan rate 4.29% p.a. today.
The bank introduced the lowest rate currently on the market after SBS Bank and BNZ dropped their three-year special rates earlier this week.
SBS Bank's two year fixed special is at 4.35% and Westpac and BNZ are at 4.39%.
TSB is also offering an Air New Zealand Mystery Break for two for home loans taken out before 29 February 2016, according to their website.
The bank's 3 year fixed special currently stands at 4.79 % p.a.
Lowest fixed two-year rates:
TSB Bank: 4.29 per cent
SBS Bank: 4.35 per cent
Westpac: 4.39 per cent
BNZ: 4.39 per cent
