ANZ Bank appoints new investment leader

ANZ Bank New Zealand has appointed Helen Skinner as its new head of responsible investment for ANZ Investments.

With 20 years-plus of investments industry experience, Skinner has held senior roles both in the United Kingdom and New Zealand, most recently as head of emerging wealth at Craigs Investment Partners.

“I’m passionate about responsible investment and very excited to be bringing my expertise and experience to New Zealand’s biggest funds management business,” Skinner said. “KiwiSaver and other managed funds invest in companies whose actions have a big impact on our collective future. I am looking forward to being part of a team focussed on delivering sustainable performance in a sustainable way.”

Paul Huxford, ANZ Investments chief investment officer, said Skinner will bring both international experience and a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes to the role.
