Ryan Smuts has been in the lending space since 2014 when he began working with Kris Pedersen, learning about lending policies in a changing market and helping develop internal processes to ensure that all applications were handled swiftly. In 2017, he joined the newly established Kris Pedersen Mortgages as a Key Account Manger, becoming an accredited mortgage adviser for existing KPM clients. He has worked with first-home buyers and experienced property investors with over 50 properties, and his clients range from self-employed business owners to property-related income earners. Smuts has a ‘work hard play hard’ attitude towards life, and he enjoys working with numbers and property.
