Ryan has worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 20 years. Many of which were in specialist lending and leadership roles for Banks. The priority for Ryan is having a team of like minded people in the business who prioritise the customers needs and wishes above all else. In addition, Ryan only recruits experienced people who have had extensive experience working in lending because in his words 'knowledge is king' and a well stocked mind is essential alongside the drive and desire to always take care of your customers. The Lending Pad team not only has a a great depth of experience but also covers the multicultural needs of New Zealand with the team speaking a multitude of different languages and all having different backgrounds which brings a greater support to their individual customers needs.
