Commercial real estate investment leader expands to Montreal

Commercial real estate investment services firm Marcus & Millichap, has announced its expansion to Montreal with its acquisition of McGill Commercial on August 31st.

The deal will augment the firm’s operations in Toronto, Vancouver, and Calgary, the announcement added.

“Acquiring McGill is illustrative of our ongoing efforts to actively deploy our capital and deepen our presence across key growth markets such as Canada. McGill is a well-established industry player with an ability to execute across all major product types. We are pleased to have them join the MMI team,” Marcus & Millichap president and CEO Hessam Nadji stated.
