“We are thrilled to welcome Frank Uithoven to SafeBridge as our new senior business development manager,” Chris Karram, co-chief executive officer of Verico Safebridge Financial told MortgageBrokerNews.ca. "Frank brings with him years of experience in the mortgage industry in both sales and business development. His primary focus is to help engage, hire, train and grow our new and existing team with the sole purpose of ensuring that each mortgage professional has the tools and platform necessary to truly make an impact on the lives of the clients they serve."

Uithoven has over 15 years’ experience in financial services and has held management positions at both TD Bank and Citi Group / HSBC. He joins Safebridge as its senior business development manager.

“He is a great fit for who we already are and where we are headed, and it is a true honour to have partnered with Frank to start 2014 with an exceptional step forward,” Karram said.

2013 saw a number of former bank employees making the transition to the mortgage broker industry and Uithoven, the latest, is confident in his decision.

“I am excited and proud to have joined such a well-respected, professional team here at SafeBridge,” Uithoven said. “It is not every day one finds a brokerage so focused on their clients and team of agents.

“I very much look forward to working with the entire team at SafeBridge and being part of their growth and focus on becoming industry leaders and influencers,” Uithoven said.
