Some neighborhoods in Toronto are more valuable than others

Toronto is still one of Canada’s most desired real estate destinations, but if the results of the latest study conducted by real estate information portal Zoocasa are any indication, it’s that some of the city’s sections are more preferably situated compared to other areas.

Using data on monthly dollar volume (for individual property types) from the Toronto Real Estate Board, Zoocasa compared the desirability of Toronto’s most popular districts and neighborhoods. Zoocase took into account only the neighborhoods with at least 10 transactions involving the mentioned property types.
