Canadian Mortgage Professional’s Rising Stars returns to recognize outstanding young professionals shaping the future of the mortgage industry
The Canadian mortgage industry continues to evolve rapidly, driven by a new generation of professionals shaping how the sector grows, adapts, and performs.
Canadian Mortgage Professional is pleased to open submissions for Rising Stars 2026, an annual showcase of promising young professionals across the industry.
This report highlights individuals who are already making a meaningful contribution in the early stages of their careers and are helping to define the future of the sector.
To be eligible, nominees must:
- be 35 years of age or under as of October 1, 2026
- be actively working within the mortgage industry across brokerage, lending, underwriting, operations, or related sectors
- not have been previously featured in the Rising Stars or Young Guns lists
Submissions can be made either directly or on behalf of a colleague.
Send your nominations before Friday, June 19.
Selected professionals will be featured on the Canadian Mortgage Professional website in October.
