With a passion for commercial financing solutions, Stephanie Kowalew specializes in construction, multi-residential, affordable housing and seniors’ residence financing as a broker with Multi-Prêts Commercial. Reviewing more than 300 commercial financing transactions annually, Kowalew has used her background in management to gain extensive knowledge that helps her find optimal, creative financing solutions for her clients.
Prior to becoming a commercial mortgage broker, Kowalew was head of the commercial underwriting division of Mortgage Alliance Commercial Canada and Multi-Prêts Commercial. She was a finalist for Commercial Mortgage Broker of the Year at the 2019 Canadian Mortgage Awards and was nominated as a Rising Star at the 2018 CREW M Excellence Gala. In addition to her daily responsibilities, she serves as a teacher at the Collège de l’Immobilier du Québec.
“Throughout my career, I have learned the value of networking, being part of real estate associations, mentoring and constantly being in touch with other top commercial mortgage brokers,” she says.
