Pratheesan Rathnapala began his mortgage career in 2014 with Equitable Bank, where he set his sights on becoming a sales representative. He has since been promoted several times and has worked in all stages of the bank’s credit department.

The past year has solidified Rathnapala’s belief that adaptation is key to career growth. “In order to be successful, we have to be willing to adapt,” he says.
