Rejean joined CWB Financial Group in 2011 as Manager of Marketing and played an integral part in leading a team to execute a 3-year strategic plan to double the size of what was then a $1 billion loan portfolio in half the amount of time it took to build.
By 2015, CWB Optimum Mortgage celebrated a milestone of $2 billion in mortgages and had adopted a balanced scorecard framework to continue moving the strategic direction forward.
In 2016, Rejean accepted the role Director of National Sales and Marketing for CWB Optimum Mortgage, leading a team of 21 staff across Canada. In this role, Rejean lead the team to achieve year-over-year record breaking results in new mortgage originations through the broker channel.
Today, as Vice President of CWB Optimum Mortgage, Rejean is accountable for the vision and the overall success of the company, ensuring it aligns and supports the CWB Financial Group’s strategic direction. So far, she has lead the 128 person, nationwide team to achieve their growth targets in some very challenging times while fostering a culture of inclusivity and togetherness that continues to propel Optimum Mortgage forward as one of Canada's Top 50 Best Workplaces and top alternative lender.
