Head of Customer Experience
As an advocate and change agent, Tanya is a champion of the customer's voice. She has been with FCT for over 25 years and is focused on cultivating, motivating and influencing changes to support FCT's strategic initiatives with an emphasis on customer-centricity.
Tanya is tasked with supporting the delivery of industry-leading experiences to FCT's customers. She strongly believes that every employee should be empowered to create unique and memorable experiences for every customer they encounter.
Known as the eternal optimist with an infectious laugh, she enjoys learning, turning obstacles into opportunities, and advocating for the customer. In January 2021, she became Canada's 79th Certified Customer Experience Professional.
