Born in Montreal, Claudia Etwyse earned her BSc in Economics in 2016. She started her career in government and moved into the private sector, but quickly realized her passion lay in real estate.

Etwyse’s success is self-evident. As a team leader, she tripled her sales growth in a single year, and in the past year Claudia regularly ranked in the top 20% at her company and is one of the top-producing black females in Canada. She is a team leader and mortgage agent at Mortgage Alliance Canada, one of the fastest-growing brokerages in the country.

Etwyse leads a team with in-depth knowledge and experience in residential and commercial mortgages, working with purchases, refinances and home equity loans. Her vision is to “offer flexible solutions tailored to meet people’s needs,” while she’s also as dedicated to community support as she is to closing deals.

“Throughout my years in the mortgage industry, I’m constantly inspired by the success stories of my clients, of which I’m grateful to be a part,” she says.
