According to last year’s report, “70% of brokers set a new high” in the number of loans sent to non-bank lenders, reflecting growing confidence in the channel.
Brokers also highlighted the importance of service-led factors such as turnaround times, credit flexibility and strong BDM support—areas where leading non-banks continue to differentiate themselves.
