Entries for MPA’s Top Mortgage Employers 2026 close on Friday, 29 May, giving organisations a final chance to be part of this annual showcase.
“Employers in this marketplace must really understand and put their staff first. And I think when you put people first, rather than your business, people will look after your business if you look after them the right way," said 2025 winner the Finance Brokers Association of Australia (FBAA).
Last year's findings showed that career development and hybrid working were the main retention retention levers, and employers that integrate community impact and visible recognition outperform on retention.
What will this year's findings reveal? Submit your entry by Friday, 29 May.
Interested companies can outline key initiatives, then invite staff to take an anonymous survey on factors such as compensation, culture, development and work environment.
Companies that receive an overall satisfaction rating of 80% or more will be featured on the MPA website in September.
