Brokers across Australia are invited to share their experience with non-bank lenders
Mortgage brokers across Australia are invited to take part in MPA’s latest Brokers on Non-Banks survey, now open for 2026.
This annual research initiative recognises the non-bank lenders delivering the strongest support, service and results for brokers and their clients.
As the non-bank sector continues to evolve, broker feedback remains critical in identifying the lenders that are making a real impact through flexible credit policy, responsive BDM support and efficient turnaround times.
The importance of these qualities was reinforced in last year’s report, where brokers increasingly recognised non-bank lenders as key partners in their business.
As outsource Financial CEO, Tanya Sale, noted in last year’s report, “Brokers now see non-bank lenders as reliable partners, not just for niche deals but for mainstream lending.”
The report also found that non-banks are strengthening their position in the market, driven by their ability to support more complex borrower scenarios and deliver faster outcomes.
Help recognise lenders delivering excellence by providing insights that drive continuous improvement across the sector.
Complete the survey by Friday, 17 July.
Brokers on Non-Banks 2026 will be published in MPA 26.05 and online in October.
