Mortgage Choice brings property intent data to broker CRM

Mortgage Choice has launched an integration with realestate.com.au that feeds buyer and seller intent signals directly into its broker CRM, giving its network of over 1,100 brokers a consolidated view of client behaviour across property search and home lending.

The integration draws on AI modelling developed by realestate.com.au and its data subsidiary PropTrack. Each client is assigned a rating of low, medium, or high intent, which is displayed within the broker's existing CRM interface.

The stated aim is to enable brokers to initiate contact with clients at points in the property cycle when finance discussions are most likely to be relevant.

"The ability to connect our customers across our platforms is an important milestone," said Anthony Waldron (pictured top), chief executive of Mortgage Choice. "The integration unlocks a world of possibilities for Mortgage Choice's network of more than 1,100 brokers.

"For brokers, this makes it easier to deliver the kind of proactive, personalised service that creates lifelong customers. For customers, it means even better support during the moments that matter as they move from searching for property on realestate.com.au through to securing finance with the help of their Mortgage Choice broker."

The realestate.com.au integration is part of a broader technology program at Mortgage Choice. Over the past year, the group has rolled out several tools for its broker network, including access to Google Gemini, an AI Academy training platform, a policy search tool powered by AI, a serviceability integration with Quickli, and an open banking capability via NextGen's Frollo Financial Passport, embedded directly into its loan application platform.

Mortgage Choice, which was acquired by REA Group in 2021, operates a panel of more than 35 lenders and offers home, car, personal, commercial, and asset finance products, as well as general insurance.
