Dovenmuehle Mortgage hires new chief data officer

Dovenmuehle Mortgage has announced the appointment of Aaron Belovsky as the company’s new chief data officer (CDO).

In the role, Belovsky will oversee the residential mortgage subservicer’s data governance, data engineering, and machine learning strategies.

“On behalf of Dovenmuehle, we are thrilled to welcome Aaron as our new chief data officer,” said George Mynatt, senior vice president of IT for Dovenmuehle Mortgage. “His unique experience across both highly regulated industries and the service/hospitality sector makes him an invaluable asset to Dovenmuehle in balancing functionality and compliance within our ever-advancing internal and external technology.”

Belovsky comes to Dovenmuehle with over 20 years of software engineering experience. He most recently served as engineering manager at Pixelberry Studios, where he played a pivotal role in developing the company’s go-to-market strategy and coached the organization on agile methodology.

His career spans several sectors, including healthcare, software consulting, hospitality, and government. Belovsky also holds a range of certifications, including professional scrum master, certified C++ developer, and multiple Microsoft certifications.

Established in 1844, Illinois-based Dovenmuehle subservices portfolio loans and loans sold to major housing finance entities like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, and the Federal Home Loan Bank with servicing retained.
