I found out that HUD made minor corrections to the booklet on Jan 6 and threw all the old booklets away. Said to use the pdf version on www.hud.gov/respa for now--and print it yourself or email the pdf to your clients.
Wonder how much us taxpayers paid for THAT mistake? Stuff like this makes me CRAZY! Companies who "sell" mortgage forms are charging just a little over 50 cents each. Just cheaper to email to clients and keep track (for audit purposes) of when you sent it.
