Reverse mortgage lender Liberty Home Equity Solutions has added industry veterans Garrett Kolb, Pat Kubert and Pater Klamkin to its team.
Kolb, now retail sales field leader, joined Liberty last August as vice president of its home builder channel. He previously worked the wholesale and retail platforms at Reverse Mortgage Solutions.
Kubert, the new retail business development manager, also worked at Reverse Mortgage Solutions as its wholesale underwriting director. Prior to that, he worked in the retaining and operations division of Urban Financial Group (now Finance of America Reverse) and First Financial Mortgage.
Klamkin, the new division sales manager overseeing the Central-Midwest retail field region, has more than 22 years in the field. He recently served as the reverse business development director of Eagle Home Mortgage.
