The company has hired industry veteran Phil Grossfield to build its non-QM sales force
New Penn Financial has tapped industry veteran Phil Grossfield as western regional sales manager of its dedicated non-QM channel.
Grossfield brings more than 25 years of sales and leadership experience to the role. In his new position, Grossfield will focus on building New Penn’s non-QM sales force.
Prior to joining New Penn Financial, Grossfield managed one of the nation’s top-producing wholesale branch operations. He was also a record-breaking salesperson for a top-10 national lender.
