Firm aims to provide a more flexible and convenient electronic closing experience

Black Knight Financial Services announced the integration of its LoanSphere Empower loan origination system (LOS) and LoanSphere Expedite Portal with Docutech’s Solex, an e-sign solution for digital mortgage originations.
“The integration with Empower and the suite of e-mortgage solutions available in the Expedite Portal provides users with a more flexible and convenient electronic closing experience,” said Black Knight in a statement.
Lenders will gain access to an interface of ConformX, Docutech’s document generation engine. This will enable them to generate documents by auto-populating data in the LOS.
“Given the high volume of lenders utilizing Black Knight’s services, these integrations will bring the mortgage industry one step closer to electronic mortgage processes becoming more widely adopted,” said Docutech CEO Ty Jenkins.
Black Knight and Docutech customers will also have access to Solex through the former’s platforms, providing them with a document workflow and an e-sign experience that they can complete any time, anywhere, from any device.
“By integrating both Empower and the Expedite Portal with Docutech’s Solex e-sign solution, we are further delivering on the digitized loan process consumers want,” said Jerry Halbrook, president of Black Knight origination technologies and enterprise business intelligence.
