GCC Servicing Systems, a provider of mortgage servicing technology and solutions, today announced that Grand Rapids, Mich.-based VanDyk Mortgage Corporation has selected GCC?s G/SERV platform to fulfill the mortgage banker?s loan servicing needs. VanDyk has closed over $5 billion in mortgage loans since its opening in 1987. It selected GCC based on a referral from a fellow lender, as well as the company?s expertise with Fannie Mae loans. In 2010, the lender increased its servicing volume by 75 percent. GCC?s G/SERV platform helped make this growth possible with automated reporting capabilities that enable VanDyk to automate compliance with investors? specific requirements, as well as those of federal and state agencies.
