(MIS) is proud to announce that it is integrated with the Uniform Collateral Data Portal (UCDP) and is compliant with the Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD). MIS tested the process in advance of the December 1 deadline set by the FHFA for appraisal data delivery to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and went live this week.
Clients of MIS working with the GSEs will continue to be able to place their orders through MIS’s proprietary web-based order placement and tracking platform. They will not need to take the additional step of uploading the appraisal report themselves to the UCDP as MIS has the ability to deliver it to both the client and the GSEs.
