Hullinger will handle B2R Finance’s single property loan sales team and overall operations. He will also oversee the portfolio loan sales team (which serves borrowers with more than seven properties and loan sizes greater than $700,000) and will become a member of the firm’s executive committee.

“We are thrilled to add Joe to the senior leadership team at B2R,” said Steve McClellan, chief executive officer at B2R Finance. “Joe is a mortgage industry veteran with extensive experience building effective sales teams as well as recruiting, training and managing multisite operations staff. Joe understands how effective leadership can inspire business results and has proven the importance of this relationship time and again throughout the course of his career. He will be a tremendous asset to our team and I am personally very excited to have him on board.”

Before joining B2R Finance, Hullinger was operations executive at Genworth Mortgage Insurance for seven years. Aside from being an accomplished executive with a reputation for promoting substantial growth and profitability for midsize and Fortune 500 mortgage banking institutions, Hullinger is also a recognized thought leader and frequent panelist on topics including modifications and repayment plans related to mortgage products and government relations.
