LRES hires commercial appraisal manager

LRES has hired Frank Obregon to serve as its commercial appraisal manager.

The appointment follows the promotion of Mark Johnson to president of the company in May. LRES is a residential and commercial real estate services company that provides nationwide valuations, REO asset management, and HOA solutions for the mortgage and real estate industry.

In his new role, Obregon will lead the company’s commercial appraisal department, managing the team’s operations. He will also be responsible for overseeing the development of LRES’ commercial product line and for contributing to the identification of business opportunities.

Obregon brings more than 40 years of experience in the real estate industry to the role. He joined LRES from PCV Murcor. He most recently served as director of commercial valuation with responsibility for managing the team tasked with the production of appraisal reports and reviews. Before his role with PCV, Obregon served as a regional manager with Ameriquest Mortgage.

“Frank’s advanced knowledge and proven success in the commercial real estate industry make him a valuable addition to our team as LRES continues to expand offerings and create efficiencies in the commercial valuation industry,” Johnson said.

“I look forward to collaborating with the LRES team to establish highly modernized processes for LRES’ growing commercial valuation division,” Obregon said.
