Cloudvirga, a cloud-based mortgage platform provider, has rolled out Cloudvirga Mobile POS, a mobile-first mortgage point-of-sale aimed at a purchase mortgage market.

Loan originators can collaborate with borrowers and real estate agents from any web-enabled device. Mobile POS is backed by the same mortgage engine that powers the company’s Enterprise POS. The offering allows originators to keep the loan process moving through task automation, built-in workflows, and event-driven reminders.

Additionally, Mobile POS allows loan officers and brokers to configure the borrower experience on a per-loan basis with in-app options such as a customized Form 1003 application, configurable credit check capabilities, a fully customizable needs list, and configurable electronic asset verification.

Through the offering, borrowers, home builders and real estate agents can have on-the-go access to loan details, documents, and milestones through any mobile web browser. Loan officers and brokers also have access to a dedicated mobile app.
