A new real estate marketplace which connects real estate agents to homeowners and buyers says that its first month was a success.

SetSchedule conducted more than 6,200 searches and home value estimates in that first month with searches from across the US using the tool to assess how much their home could be worth or the value of a prospective purchase.

“The high volume of SetValue searches in the first 30-day period demonstrates the appetite for data that is delivered quickly and researched thoroughly," said Roy Dekel, CEO of SetSchedule. "The real estate industry continues to be shaped by technology as consumers demand reliable, up-to-date information, and we are at the forefront of bringing the latest advancements in data management to our members and users."

The Irvine, CA-headquartered firm analyzes publicly available data from real estate sites, public records and other data sources, to make its estimates of home values. These are based on factors such as sales trends and similar home sales.

The firm already has a network of around 2,600 real estate agents nationwide which means buyers or sellers are able to quickly connect to a local agent.
