The firm behind the kvCORE real estate brokerage software platform is adding new commission management functionality following a recent acquisition.
Inside Real Estate’s acquisition of BrokerSumo extends the firm’s platform, which is used by thousands of brokers across the US and Canada, into financial and accounting.
The extra functions build on kvCORE’s existing marketing and sales functions.
"This gives us an important component of back-office functionality we needed to deliver the complete business platform we have created with kvCORE", said Ned Stringham, CEO of Inside Real Estate. "BrokerSumo's simple design, powerful features, integration with Quickbooks and low cost have really been shaking up the historically dominant player in accounting. We are thrilled to add the BrokerSumo product and team to Inside Real Estate."
BrokerSumo was founded two years ago and the acquisition by Inside Real Estate was completed on December 14.
