Cushman & Wakefield announces new alliance in Hawaii, Guam
Global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield has formed a new alliance with ChaneyBrooks, the market leading commercial real estate firm in Hawaii and Guam.

ChaneyBrooks was founded in 1958 and 30-year real estate veteran Steve Sombrero will continue to be president of the alliance firm while Joseph Haas will remain as managing director and principal broker of Cushman & Wakefield ChaneyBrooks.

“As our business continues to flourish, our clients have wanted us to expand our practice geographically, in an effort to better connect real estate opportunities in Hawaii and Guam with those located in U.S. mainland, Japan, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Indonesia, The Philippines and Korea,” explained Sombrero. “Our new alliance will help us satisfy this critical need by enhancing our ability to service clients throughout Asia and across the globe while still retaining our local touch unique to Hawaii.”

Mike Smith, President, West Region, Cushman & Wakefield, added that the two firms share a culture of putting the client first and putting the best team on the field.

“This new partnership will benefit both our local and global clients in Hawaii and Guam with deep local knowledge and a network of global expertise,” said Smith.
