Carrington welcomes two new regional execs
Carrington Real Estate Services has two new regional execs to lead its real estate services in Las Vegas and the Northern Virginia area, according to a news release.

Lisa Harris, a 16-year industry veteran, will lead the Las Vegas team as its assistant vice president and manager. She worked at Nextage Property Solutions and RE/MAX prior to joining Carrington in 2013.

"Lisa's proven track record as a successful agent is evident in her continuous recognition as one of Carrington's top producers," said Larry White, regional vice president for Carrington. "Her professional experience and firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities agents face every day in growing their business is core to this leadership position.”

The Northern Virginia area will be led by 20-year industry veteran Jason Demers as assistant vice president and manager. Demers is based in the McLean, VA office. Before joining Carrington, Demers was with Patriot Properties and National Realty.

“Jason’s real estate experience working in entrepreneurial settings and growing teams provides the strong foundation for this leadership position,” said Russ Laggan, Southeast regional vice president for Carrington. “I am very pleased to have Jason in this role. His success in building his career will be valuable and inspirational as he leads our agents in further developing their business and careers.”
