Earlier this year, Risha Kilaru brought her 11 years of mortgage experience to Guaranteed Rate, where she is now vice president of mortgage lending in California.
Kilaru emulates Guaranteed Rate’s core values of living a healthy, balanced and fun life. She works closely with Janyaa, an organization that works to improve the lives of underprivileged children in rural India and helps to promote STEM education in developing countries with a ‘laboratory in a box’ model. Kilaru is also an avid Bollywood movie fan and travels extensively with her two teenaged sons and husband, with whom she visited every continent last year.
