Venmore Partnership launches conveyancing service

House-buying is one of the most stressful experiences of your life but The Venmore Partnership are about to make it easier.

Clients can visit any of the Venmore Partnership estate agency offices or visit the www.venmores.co.uk to arrange their conveyancing, the legal procedures necessary to buy or sell a house, so trying to find a separate solicitor is no longer necessary.

A dedicated team of solicitors will then deal with the case, with the added benefit of an online tracking system so clients can keep a very close eye on the progress of their sale or purchase.

The Venmore Partnership, including Venmore Thomas & Jones, Ball & Percival, Castlehill Properties, and John Brown & Co, are renowned for their experience and expertise – now clients can receive their same level of service with all their legal needs.

Simon Wall, Managing Partner from The Venmore Partnership, said: “We have always believed our clients deserve the very best and now we can ensure their legal requirements are met with the same dedication and expertise.

“This is great news for house buyers and sellers, who often tear their hair out trying to get hold of solicitors during busy office hours and they worry all weekend – now they can log on at any time of the day or night and find out what stage their transaction has reached.

“Clients can now have a single point of contact, someone they know, to deal with every aspect of their house buying or selling experience.”

The legal team will be available seven days a week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm at weekends, but of course the online tracking service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The fees are competitive and guaranteed not to increase but most importantly, if the move falls through, you don’t have the additional heartache of legal fees for a house you haven’t bought – no move means no fees.

Venmore’s solicitors will also chase up documents so the transaction moves through as quickly as possible with no additional charge.

Clients can get a quote over the internet or visit any Venmore’s branch before they sign up, so there are no surprises when the bill comes in.

Simon added: “The Venmore Partnership has a long and distinguished history but we are looking to the future and ensuring we meet our clients every need. First and foremost, in this competitive market, we as agents need to be delivering a quality service. However we are also committed to provide access to additional cost effective and professional services.”
