Iain will be responsible for the intermediary business around the M5/M6 corridor.
Iain brings to the role a wealth of knowledge of The Mortgage Works and Portman having spent the last 10 years as a branch manager and mortgage manager for the Society and the Staffordshire Building Society (which merged with Portman in 2003). For the last three years he has been one of Portman's top performing mortgage managers in the Midlands. Iain has also worked as an intermediary.
His responsibilities will cover the promotion and sale of mortgage products to intermediaries for The Mortgage Works, with a focus on buy-to-let, self-certification and adverse credit; and a focus on the prime market for Portman Building Society.
