The Exchange completes services integration

Life Policies Direct is using Exweb to help its call centre new business function provide quicker service to customers and increase productivity levels. Two-way integration of The Exchange’s services means that in addition to being able to request Exweb quotes directly from its back office administration system, Life Policies Direct’s advisers can now automatically transfer quote and new business application details back from Exweb into their own administration system where they can be stored against each client record.

This integration of the Exweb services directly into its back office system gives Life Policies Direct significant control over how quotes are requested and produced and removes the need for Life Policies Direct’s advisers to re-enter client data many times in the application process. In addition, client management is enhanced by automatically creating a permanent record of quotes and new business applications carried out for each client in their back office administration system, for easy reference.

Jason King, director at Life Policies Direct, commented:

“The integration of The Exchange’s services directly into our back office system will further increase the levels of service we are able to provide to our customers. It also enables us to customise the way quotes are requested from Exweb in line with our specific business requirements.”

David Child, managing director at The Exchange, added:

“These arrangements demonstrate The Exchange’s commitment to working with IFA firms to ensure our services meet their specific needs. This flexibility has enabled Life Policies Direct to implement a customised business process, using Exweb, which will enable its advisers to provide high quality service to their customers.”
