TFC to offer VMF criteria-led products

TFC Homeloans has joined forces with niche lending newcomer Victoria Mortgage Funding to become one of just eighteen approved distributors of their attractive criteria-led products range.

The range includes the competitive and popular three-year fixed range and one, two or three year discount options and is designed to suit the needs of customers seeking finance against non-standard properties including ex-local authority, high rise purpose-built (with no height limitations), 100 per cent timber constructions and flats above commercial premises.

In support of this partnership, VMF will be dedicating an underwriter to work out of the new London TFC office in Euston Road on a daily basis in order to expedite applications and fulfil VMF’s 24 hour turnaround policy. Although business will be handled in London, VMF products have proved especially popular in Wales and the North-West and will be made available to brokers from all regions.

TFC sales staff nationwide are to receive extensive VMF product training including familiarization with VMF’s HUB processing system. The HUB will also benefit brokers by permitting access to Victoria Mortgage’s KFIs via the TFC Homeloans website www.tfchomeloans.com.

Matt Grayson, chairman of Victoria said: "It is a pleasure to welcome Wayne Smethurst and his team to the distribution of Victoria Mortgages’ products. TFC is a proven leader in non-conforming mortgages and together we will help many borrowers to own their own homes and build their credit."

Wayne Smethurst, senior partner at TFC said: "Since launching, Victoria Mortgages have proven their value in the mortgage market with a strong mix of product and criteria that is sure to start more established lenders thinking. I have no doubt that Victoria Mortgages will demonstrate its value even further by being part of the TFC lending panel."

A series of ‘Meet the Lender’ breakfast sessions are currently being planned at the TFC London office, giving brokers and all TFC lenders the chance to meet face to face and discuss product related issues. The sessions will commence with VMF in September.
