Property Investor Show North doubles in size

The original space booked by organisers, Homebuyer Events, has already sold out and the whole complex (12,500 m_) has now been reserved to accommodate the massive interest.

The Show is to be hosted at the G-Mex Centre in Manchester’s city centre from 18 to 20 June 2004 and is now on target to sign up 130 exhibitors, making it the same size as the well-established annual London Show. Last year’s London Show attracted over 11,000 visitors, and even more are now predicted for the northern event.

The Show will be a showcase for northern property, along with its associated products and services. It will cover both commercial and residential property investment opportunities across the north of the country. Areas such as Leeds, Newcastle, Liverpool and Manchester have provided attractive returns for investors in recent years and this trend looks set to continue.

Nick Clark, Managing Director of Homebuyer Events, the show’s organisers says: "The Property Investor Show North was launched due to popular demand. Despite this, we did not anticipate the deluge of applications, which we received from potential exhibitors and are delighted to have expanded the show in order to accommodate this. We are busy promoting the show with a massive media spend for advertising and a public relations campaign worth over £250,000, so we are all looking forward to a record-breaking event.”
