The course was designed to provide the ARs with everything they need to know to enable them to arrange equity release loans for their clients. Equity release providers; Stonehaven and Hodge Equity Release, made presentations on Lifetime Mortgages and Home Reversion Plans and the intermediaries were also given an overview of the legal process involved by Equilaw. Particular focus was given to the all important compliance process including the fact find letter, suitability letter and Pink’s equity release manual.

We will be holding further courses in the near future so that more of our intermediary customers can tap into the growing market and cater for a wider range of their client’s needs.”
