The three-year fixed rate product is available at 90 per cent loan-to-value for loans over £500,000 and up to a maximum of £2 million.
It is available at a rate of 5.75 per cent until 30 April 2011 with a 0.5 per cent arrangement fee and ERCs of 5 per cent in the first year, 4 per cent in the second and 3 per cent in the third.
It is on offer to new customers and remortgagors, as well as those looking to use the Bank of Scotland Remortgage Service which offers a fee-free valuation.
John Coffield, head of Paradigm Mortgage Services, commented: “At a time when many intermediaries will be seeking to place large numbers of remortgage clients, this product should certainly fit the bill for those with larger loans and help secure the client for a further three years."
