Christine Newell will be joining Paradigm on 5 November from BM Solutions where she held the position of key account manager.
Christine has accumulated over 17 years’ experience within the HBOS Group and, prior to taking up the key account position at the start of this year, was previously a business development manager for Halifax in the Southern region.
Christine’s main responsibilities in her new role will be to add new members to Paradigm Mortgage Services and work alongside existing partner members to help them achieve the most out of Paradigm’s services and the proposition.

Newell added: “Having spent 17 years with the HBOS Group I believe now is the right time to leave for a proposition which will allow me to help and support the broker side of the market, while drawing on my experiences from working within a lender.
"My role will be predominantly developing the Partner’s proposition and supporting those brokers as their business develops.
