NatWest adds 60pc LTV deals to corporate range

The deals are a mix of fixed rate and tracker products for clients looking for a maximum 60% LTV loan.

For purchase

 2-year fixed rate, 60% LTV, initial rate 2.75% (4.0% SVR, 4.1% APR), £1,499 fee

 2-year tracker, 60% LTV, initial rate 2.29% (NatWest base rate +1.79%)(4.0% SVR, 4.0% APR), £1,499 fee

For remortgage

 2-year fixed rate, 60% LTV, initial rate 2.55% (4.0% SVR, 4.0% APR), £1,499 fee

 2-year tracker, 60% LTV, initial rate 2.29% (NatWest base rate +1.79%)(4.0% SVR, 3.9% APR), £1,499 fee

Overpayments of up to 10% of the outstanding balance per annum are allowed during the initial deal period. ERC applies. We won’t charge basic legal or valuation fees for a standard residential remortgage.
